Cedar fixes both halves of that. Every listing we publish shows the credit minimum, income multiple, co-signer policy, and pet rules — before anyone clicks 'apply.' Our renewal rate is 92% because we treat residents like the people who chose this address, not units paying rent.

We stay small on purpose. About 25 homes across five east-side neighborhoods, all within a half-hour drive. We turn down management contracts that would push us past that or pull us outside the geography we know well.
